Legal Pack Complete!

The paperwork is ready, and your sale is one step closer...

Good news: your legal pack is now complete.

This is a big moment, because it means any interested buyer can now review the key legal information they’ll need to move forward confidently.

What’s in a complete legal pack?

The legal pack includes all the documents a buyer and their solicitor will want to see before paying a reservation fee:

• Title documents proving ownership

• Completed TA6 and TA10 forms

• Property searches (local authority, drainage, environmental)

• Planning permissions, warranties, and leasehold information (if applicable)

With this information available before a sale is agreed, many of the traditional hold-ups are avoided - enquiries are minimised, transparency is maximised, and timelines are kept tight.

What’s happening in the background?

Now that the pack is complete:

• Your agent/auction firm can share it with serious buyers as they express interest

• Buyers’ solicitors can begin reviewing it to advise their clients

• Open Moove logs the milestone so all parties stay on the same page

This is a huge trust-builder. A complete legal pack shows buyers you’re serious - and gives them everything they need to make a fast, informed decision.

What should you do next?

Confirm with your solicitor that everything’s included

Make sure nothing is missing or out of date. If you’ve had work done recently (like a boiler replacement or loft conversion), make sure the paperwork is in the pack. You can upload documents to Open Moove for ease.

Stay available for any questions

Buyers or their solicitors may have quick clarifications - being responsive can help keep things moving.

Watch for buyer action in Open Moove

Once a buyer is ready to proceed, you’ll see the next milestone: Reservation Fee Paid!
