Using the Moove Room
Each member of your mooving team has a specific role in your transaction. Understanding what each professional does will help you
know what to expect at each stage.
Your estate agent is responsible for marketing your property, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and keeping your sale moving forward. They will keep you updated on interest from buyers and any changes in the market.
They will also act as the main ‘project manager’ pre point of sale accepted.

Understanding the journey
The smart timeline in Open Moove is designed to keep you informed about every step of your moving journey.
When you open the “Timeline” tab in the app, you will see a clear breakdown of key milestones. Each milestone is updated automatically as your estate agent, mortgage broker, and conveyancer progress with their tasks.
If a stage seems to be taking longer than expected, you can check who is responsible for the next step and follow up directly through the app’s chat feature.

Using Moove Ready

We front load a lot of the arduous tasks that you'll have to do later anyway!

Compliance checks are an essential legal requirement for all home movers. Instead of completing multiple compliance checks separately for different professionals, Open Moove allows you to complete one check that can be shared securely with everyone.
To complete your compliance check, navigate to the “Compliance” section in the timeline. Here, you will use Open Moove’s secure Credas integration to complete a biometric ID check.
The process is quick, secure, and once completed, your compliance check will be automatically shared with your moving team.

We can also help you by bundling in searches and material information!

The perfect moving journey
Successfully moving home is a team effort, and working closely with your mooving team will help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. The Open Moove platform is designed to keep you informed and connected, but it’s important to set the right expectations about communication and progress throughout your journey.
Property transactions involve multiple steps, legal processes, and third-party checks, which means that updates won’t happen every single day. While some stages move quickly, others take time.
A realistic expectation is to receive one meaningful update per week from each team member, ensuring that progress is being made without unnecessary delays.
