Founder, CEO

Visionary founder, Ross, has been heavily involved across the property industry for 12 years. Having held senior level positions at Purplebricks, Countrywide and Keller Williams, Ross has since built his own estate agency and mortgage brokerage in 2022. Ross created the idea for Open Moove having been so frustrated at what is a broken process, with his mission to improve the moving journey for all through simple ideas and clever technology.

Founder, CTO

Experienced executive and board member, Cai, has been working with tech startups and innovation teams to build strategies for great products and companies for over 20 years. Having worked across the startup space in FinTech, MedTech, AI and Cyber, most recently, Cai has helped design and run incubators with Google, British Business Bank, Barclays Eagle Labs and Government focusing on roots to market, grant and capital funding.

Voted as 'The Property Industry's Most Influential Person' in 2024, Simon brings a wealth of experience and data driven insights to the Open Moove team!

The queen of 'getting it done', Meredith is a true business powerhouse. With experience in international real estate markets, we're privileged to have her onboard!

Vicky has been a mortgage and protection advisor for twenty years, previously working for companies such as NatWest and Countrywide.
