Open Moove acts as a platform connecting users with property professionals. We do not provide estate agency, conveyancing, or mortgage brokerage services directly. Any professional services are provided by independent third-party professionals who are separately regulated and insured.

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by third-party professionals, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our platform.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features of our Services may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice to existing subscribers.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Open Moove Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPEN MOOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Moove and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
